1. Acceptance

By using ZahyFit you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

ZahyFit provides tools to track food, calories, water, fasting, weight and workouts, AI meal analysis, an AI coach and training plans. We may add, change or discontinue features.

3. Not medical advice

The app is for general wellness and information only. Calories, nutrition values, workouts and AI coach answers are estimates, not diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Consult a doctor or dietitian before any health, diet or exercise decision, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.

4. Artificial intelligence

AI results can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information before relying on it. Free use has a daily message limit that can be raised by watching an ad or with Premium.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you enter and for using the app safely. Do not use it for unlawful or abusive purposes, try to bypass usage limits, ads or the subscription, or misuse our servers.

6. Subscriptions

Premium is sold through Google Play and renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel in Google Play before renewal. Promotional offers (such as a first-year discount) apply as shown by Google Play at purchase. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on services such as Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play, Gemini), other AI providers, Open Food Facts and Health Connect, each with its own terms and policies.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that every feature is always available.

9. Account and deletion

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app or through the account deletion page.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for harm resulting from reliance on its estimates or from service interruptions.

11. Changes and contact
